The resort has an incredible and nice location in Patong, close to the ocean, rockery areas, beach, and local shops. the room was well-appointed and modern, with comfortable twin beds. - Breakfast included fresh bread, pancakes, and fruit.

clean, fantastic value hotel, the location was marvellous and amazing just next door to the centre of town, the nearby beaches and different shops and restaurants. the room we were changed to was big and included coffee/tea making facilities, a seating area and a work desk.
